Insight is wonderful, it feels like something has changed. This is where many stumble - insight is not change. Insight allows us to see where we need to take action to see positive change. So if you realized through this survey that you, your team, family or club is strong in some areas, weak in others or somewhere in between - that’s insight that can be used to catapult you to meaningful change.

Purchase and read Lead, Develop, Care by Terry Cook. That will give you a working knowledge of the LDC Model and how to apply it to your areas of leadership.
Even better, use the Lead Develop Care Study Guide (available soon) and work through the book with a cohort. Learning is often more enjoyable and more long-lasting when done in community.
