Thank you for taking a few minutes to work through the LDC survey questions. We hope that you gained valuable insights into areas of strength (things you’re doing well) but also, and just as importantly, areas of weakness. 

Insight is wonderful, it feels like something has changed. This is where many stumble - insight is not change. Insight allows us to see where we need to take action to see positive change. So if you realized through this survey that you, your team, family or club is strong in some areas, weak in others or somewhere in between - that’s insight that can be used to catapult you to meaningful change.

But what do you do next? How do you act on the insights that you may have just gained through the LDC survey?

• Purchase and read Lead, Develop, Care by Terry Cook. That will give you a working knowledge of the LDC Model and how to apply it to your areas of leadership.

• Even better, use the Lead Develop Care Study Guide (available soon) and work through the book with a cohort. Learning is often more enjoyable and more long-lasting when done in community.

• Schedule a Discovery Call and find out how our coaching services can help you grow as a leader.

• Attend a Seminar - either in person or virtually to get an immersive experience in the Lead Develop Care framework. These make all the difference in the world.
